CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

A prior parameterization will be carried out for the subsequent creation and configuration of the CRM in which to centralize all the relationship with the company's clients and suppliers.

Includes data management of all customers, management of potential customers (Leads) for commercial management, management of opportunities (with differentiation of their status in the life cycle), creation of commercial actions and tasks, generation of reports for planning, reporting and commercial monitoring, customer alerts, document management.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND ANALYTICS

A prior parameterization will be carried out for the subsequent creation and configuration of the Business Intelligence platform based on Google Data Studio + Google Analytics + Google Tag Manager + Hotjar.

There will be a personalized and centralized control panel, with which to measure and compare the most relevant data and KPIs according to the business objectives in the different online media in which it is present.

Features and services: data integration with other databases, data storage (minimum 1GB per user), creation of structured and visual data panels, data export.

Price: from €400 to €600*

*depending on the number of analytics tools to be configured as well as the KPIs proposed by the client

VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES AND TOOLS

Secure digitalization with Microsoft365, which will allow the creation of collaborative work in teams, working in the cloud, with shared calendars and agendas. Ours is a solution that covers all the functionalities described for this category in the Digital Kit.

An implementation and deployment project of the solution will be carried out in the beneficiary organization that will include at least the following milestones:

  • Creation of the Tenant in Microsoft.
  • Configuration of the company's domain (including the registry if you do not have it) and configuration of the security registries (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Configuration of a cybersecure environment.
  • Email migration to Outlook.
  • Identification of workflows, roles and responsibilities and configuration of the associated environment.
  • Creation of work teams in Microsoft TEAMS that will allow the collaborative management of projects, share resources and/or knowledge, provide tools for the interaction of the teams in the processes of ideation or resolution of problems, as well as the configuration and customization of flows of work, tasks, etc.
  • Data migration to the cloud (Sharepoint and OneDrive).

  • Invoices in structured format: You will have the possibility to issue invoices in structured formats, at least in E-INVOICE format, to facilitate their automated processing.

  • Unlimited bills: You can issue an unlimited number of invoices.

  • Unlimited clients: You will have the ability to send invoices to an unlimited number of clients.

  • Unlimited products or services: You can create an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalog.

  • Sending invoices by email: the solution implemented by the Digitizing Agent of your choice will enable you to send invoices directly by email.

  • Invoice customization: the invoices will be customizable, including the selection of your logo.

  • Periodic Backups: You can make backup copies, with the possibility of a daily periodicity.

  • 1GB Storage/Invoice History: You will have a storage of at least 1GB for invoices.

  • Integration with other solutions: The solution must have APIs or Web Services for its integration with other tools, as well as allow manual data loading.

  • Invoice expiration control: You will have a system to control the expiration of invoices.

  • Fulfillment: you can ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation that regulates the billing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any applicable regulations. 

SECURE COMMUNICATIONS

  • SSL: You will have a secure socket layer protocol to create a secure and encrypted connection.

  • End-to-End Encryption: You will have encrypted communications throughout their journey, with the aim of preventing attacks.
